Chicago police on Thursday released body camera video showing an officer fatally shooting 13-year-old Adam Toledo.

The release of the video comes as tensions are running high in Chicago and across the country over the issues of policing and racial justice.

A police officer in a suburb of Minneapolis also shot and killed a Black man during a traffic stop, and now faces a second-degree manslaughter charge.

This all comes as final arguments in the first degree murder trial of former police officer Derek Chauvin are set for Monday in Minneapolis.

As Jackson Proskow explains, the incidents are leading to calls to rethink police training.
