ABC News (Australia) published this video item, entitled “Rebuilding after ‘Black Summer’: Marco’s story of resilience in the Australian bushfires | The Drum” – below is their description.
Around Cobargo, everyone knows Marco Frith. He’s lived in the area since he was 15, on a remote property near Peak Alone mountain where he farms garlic to sell at local markets. Marco lost his home and most of his possessions in the Black Summer bushfires. Floods, and then the coronavirus pandemic, made it hard for help to reach him. Now nine months on, he says birds are singing again, the bush is bouncing back, and a new crop of garlic is almost ready to harvest. Subscribe: http://ab.co/1svxLVE
