Race and Opportunity: British black and Asian graduates earn 23 percent less than white people

It’s A-Level results day. And the story has been one of success for the vast majority of students.The pass rate of just over 98 per cent is the same as last year – and record numbers of places have been offered at universities. But there are continuing concerns over the performance of young, working-class white boys, with black and ethnic minority pupils regularly out-performing them.
