Thousands of candidates are hoping to win a seat in Papua New Guinea’s parliament when the country goes to the polls in less than a month. In the 111-seat parliament, none of the seats are currently held by women. Dulciana Somare-Brash, the daughter of the country’s first PM Sir Michael Somare, tells The World she is one of the candidates hoping to change that.
