The mother of a cancer patient has hit out at anti-vax protesters, after they blocked her from entering the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, where her daughter is receiving chemotherapy. Karly Kirk was visiting 11 year old Darcy, who has a rare type of blood cancer, but found herself struggling to get through the crowd of demonstrators. There were similar scenes at two other Melbourne hospitals.. leading to calls for exclusion zones to be put in place.
