The State Police Association of Massachusetts have filed a lawsuit after dozens of their union’s workers quit over the vaccine mandate being enforced for state employees by October 17. The lawsuit was filed with the Massachusetts Supreme Court in order to delay the mandate but had their request denied on Thursday. SPAM president Michael Cherven said that the mandate has left them short-staffed as 20% of the union’s workers are currently unvaccinated
