  1. I hope that Mr Paul Ludlow or the relevant person actually will read this. I have been cruising with P&O Cruises UK
since i was 11 years old, i am now 53 and still cruising with you. Unfortunately since the covid pandemic i seem to read so many negative posts on P&O Facebook fan pages. Many passenger’s commenting on how standards and quality of food have all dropped. The little touches that maybe trivial but passenger’s enjoy for example the night time chocolate on your pillow, the biscuits that you would get when you paid for a Costa Coffee. Even down to the formal night dress code being cut down. P&O plus Cunard were always looked upon as being 4/5 star but unfortunately P&O now seem to be getting people comparing them to a 3 star Butlins.
I personally would rather P&O not give passengers on board credit and maybe not drop cruise prices so much but give a more exclusive and better quality experience. P&O is going fast towards being a mediocre cruise company and not having that little touch above the rest as it use to have. Your staff even though your fleet seems under staffed are generally fantastic, hard working and eager to please.
Please believe me, I’m not one of these people that find fault with everything but it does sadden me to hear, read and experience how P&O is changing. I do understand that since the pandemic etc buisnesses have had to tighten their belts but it shouldn’t be at the cost of your passenger’s.
From a very loyal but concerned passenger.
I hope to hear your opinion on my comments.
