Portugal: Delivery vans helping to tackle drug epidemic

Vans delivering illegal drug substitutes in Portugal are now seeing a huge increase in demand during the coronavirus pandemic.

The van, containing supplies of methadone, is part of Portugal’s answer to a heroin epidemic going back 20 years.
