Detectives are ready to excavate the cellar of a cafe where it’s thought a teenage victim of serial killer Fred West may be buried.

Fifteen-year-old Mary Bastholm was last seen alive in 1968.

Fred West was a regular at the cafe where Mary worked, and carried out some building work there.

New evidence unearthed by an ITV documentary team has prompted a thorough search of the site.
