A senior West Midlands police office has been discharged from hospital after spending three weeks overcoming coronavirus.
Chief Superintendent Phil Dolby was placed on a ventilator in intensive care after struggling to breath for himself. Whilst he remained heavily sedated, doctors and nurses worked for two weeks to keep him alive.
