Yagoona: Police are investigating a drive-by shooting after a number of shots were fired into the front of a home on Emery Street last night. There were three people inside, but thankfully none of them were injured.

Police Statement: “An investigation has commenced after a public place shooting in Yagoona last night. About 9.45pm (Monday 12 April 2021), a number of shots were fired from a vehicle travelling on Emery Street, Yagoona, into the front of a home. Fortunately, the occupants – who were home at the time – were not hurt. A crime scene has been established as officers from Bankstown Police Area Command commence inquiries. Anyone who may have information that could assist should contact police at Bankstown Police Station, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.”
