Police in Truro, N.S. have now arrested two men in the murder of Prabhjot Singh Katri, a Sikh man who was found dead outside an apartment building in September. A third suspect remains at large.

Nova Scotia Sikhs have voiced concerns over whether Katri’s death was a hate crime.
