A big row’s blown up over an Alpaca named Geronimo who tested positive for bovine tuberculosis after being brought to the UK from New Zealand.

Geronimo’s owner is threatening to “stand in the way” of anyone sent to destroy him — but today, the government ruled out further tests, despite support from campaigners Joanna Lumley and Chris Packham.
