Pentagon fails to track $751mn weapons it sent to Syria – audit

According to Russian state broadcaster, Russia Today:

A Pentagon report has accused the US military of failing to keep track of weapons worth hundreds of millions of dollars in Syria. It suggests weapons were left ‘vulnerable to loss or theft’… which has, in turn, sky-rocketed operational costs, and had other major consequences too.
