Royal Mail has apologised after a postman was filmed appearing to refuse to help a pensioner who had fallen on the snow.
72-year-old Patricia Stewart slipped and fell at her doorstep when she bent down to pick up two parcels. A Royal Mail postman was then filmed refusing to help her up because he was ‘knackered’.
A Hermes delivery driver found Patricia and helped her ‘soon after’
