    Pennsylvanian authorities have pledged to count every vote, with governor Tom Wolf describing as ‘disgraceful’ the Republican party’s attempts to stop the count of mail-in and absentee ballots. FRANCE 24 reporter Florence Villeminot on the ground in Philadelphia says while Trump is in front, his lead is slimming, with 400,000 votes remaining. The late votes will be tallied separately in case the ballots are contested.
