Sky News published this video item, entitled “Patel announces an intendent review into police action at Clapham Common vigil” – below is their description.

Home Secretary Priti Patel has told the House of Commons that’s she asked HM Inspectorate of Constabulary to conduct a ‘lesson learned’ review into police action at a vigil to remember Sarah Everard on Clapham Common.

Footage from the event led to criticism of the Met Police for being too heavy-handed.

The vigil had been deemed illegal during the lockdown and had been called off but hundreds of women turned up anyway.
