The Parramatta Eels have become the first team into the 2022 NRL grand final with a nail biting win over the North Queensland Cowboys.
In enemy territory, the players had plenty of support from a blue and gold army back home to bring them within one win of breaking the league’s longest premiership drought.
This morning, the Eels’ faithful took the party straight to Peter Wynn’s Score on Church Street Parramatta. As soon as the doors opened, a spending frenzy happened inside.
For superfan Troy Worner, the Eels’ sealing a spot in the NRL grand final meant everything.
