Daily Mail published this video item, entitled “Parents sue after getting another couple’s embryo” – below is their description.

A fertility clinic that was sued this week for allegedly impregnating a California woman with the wrong embryo also previously lost the sperm of another woman’s late husband, used the sperm on other women, lied to the widow and tried to impregnate her with other men’s sperm, a lawsuit claims. DailyMail.com can reveal In Vitro Tech and its owner, Dr. Peyman Saadat (center) were sued for allegedly mixing up sperm and lying to patients to cover up their bungles. In 2016 by Los Angeles resident Sarah Robertson, 46, (pictured) claimed that she had six vials of her dying husband Aaron’s (pictured) sperm preserved by the company in 2004 to be able to bear his child after he passed away from genetic condition Marfan Syndrome. Robertson claims that In VitroTech lost some of the sperm and impregnated other women with it without her knowledge or consent and despite it leaving them at risk of their babies also having the genetic defect.
