The agreement was reached late on Tuesday after a three-day negotiation in the Russian capital, Moscow.
Mustafa Barghouti, Palestinian MP and leader of the Palestinian National Initiative, talking to Al Jazeera from Ramallah, said the real challenge is the implementation of the deal on the ground.
