A raid by Israeli soldiers in the West Bank has again turned deadly, after a Palestinian man was shot and killed after clashes erupted overnight. Israel has stepped up what it calls “counter-terrorism activities” in the contested territory following a string of attacks in which 14 people were killed. Co-founder and executive editor of The Media Line Michael Friedson tells The World incursions are being met by violent eruptions.
