Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk is “unrealistic” in her attempts to eliminate COVID-19, and the state’s opposition leader, David Crisafulli, was right to call for a standard to guide the state. “I think Annastacia Palaszczuk is unrealistic with elimination and I think her opposite number David Crisafulli is right when he says we need a standard, we need to know how many cases are too much, when you’re looking to shut, so people have some guidance,” Mr Clennell said. “Some people, it’s their only holiday of the year and they lay a lot of money on it, so it’s a bit of a mess really. “The concern for me is what happens if there’s a tiny little outbreak, a few clusters. “How much are you in the lurch if Annastacia Palaszczuk shuts it down as well?”
