    Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan has suffered a key defeat in the country’s senate election.

    Mr Khan is now seeking a vote of confidence from the parliament, after the government’s finance minister lost a high-profile senate seat election on Wednesday.

    Journalist Ailia Zehra says it’s unclear if he will be able to garner enough support.
