Pakistan has closed one of its main border crossings with India and all exits to and from Afghanistan to contain the coronavirus outbreak.
But there is anger over unhygienic conditions in quarantine centres and a shortage of doctors in government facilities.
Hospitals do not have enough resources and there are fears Pakistan’s fragile health system is ill-equipped to deal with the coronavirus outbreak.

It is separated narrowly from Tajikistan by Afghanistan’s Wakhan Corridor in the northwest, and also shares a maritime border with Oman.
