An otter was spotted at daytime in the Kaluben National Wetland Park in north China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Monday. According to experts, due to the recent extreme weather in the area, the nocturnal mammal came out during the day to find material in order to build a better nest against the cold.
