After claiming responsibility for the Orlando gay nightclub massacre, IS militants endorsed the murder of a French cop and his companion. The suspect: a 25-year old French national who’d recently come out of jail for running a jihadist network to Pakistan. Could the attack have been prevented? Was it coordinated or an impulse decision made on the heels of the worst mass shooting in US history?
