DW News published this video item, entitled “Only 14 out of 13,000 corporations get environmental A rating | DW Business” – below is their description.

investment funds are increasingly assessing how climate-friendly a company is before they invest in it. The Carbon Disclosure Project, a non-profit organization, has been looking at how environmentally friendly companies are.. based on their impact on forests, water systems, and the climate. Around 13 thousand companies submitted data to the project in 2021. Combined they make up 64% of global market capitalization. The most ever. But only 2% of them managed to get the top-level ‘A’ ranking in one of the three categories. And just 14 global those examined managed to bag the ‘A’ rating for their all three categories, meaning their efforts to protect water, forests and the climate.
