    One brave Queenslander is undertaking a big journey to honour fallen soldiers.

    Andreas Leonakis is walking 520 kilometres to raise money for 42 for 42. It’s hoped the not-for-profit veterans organisation will soon have enough funds to build a memorial garden in Brisbane, honouring every

    Australian soldier lost in Afghanistan.

    “I’m really nervous because I have all these people here sending me off, which is a really humbling experience, and because I’m not used to any sort of sunshine being put on me.”
