As a #Xinjiang local, Kahar Bashir studied #English in college and is the first to learn Mandarin in his family. Equipped with excellent language skills and an entrepreneurial spirit, Kahar founded an English training center for children in the city of Jinhua, located in east #China’s Zhejiang Province. It was the first of its kind in Jinhua.

This is one of the stories in the eight-story documentary “On the Road to Happiness.”
