Team GB won three more medals overnight in Tokyo. Charlotte Worthington took home gold in the women’s BMX freestyle with a “sensational’ backflip 360 – a feat never before achieved in a women’s competition.

Declan Brooks, who nearly saw his Olympics dreams dashed in a horror crash in June, won bronze in the men’s BMX freestyle. Meanwhile, Team GB took silver in the men’s relay swimming and in doing so set a new European record time.
