A new strategy for England to help people lose weight includes a ban on “buy one get one free” deals on unhealthy food.

There will also be a ban on TV adverts for unhealthy food before 9pm and new requirements to show calories on menus.

The prime minister Boris Johnson has said he struggles with his own weight and he’s urging people to take action to improve their health.
