Residents impacted by this summer’s Gospers Mountain ‘mega-fire’ have told of their mental grief since the passing of the emergency.
An independent inquiry has held its first community meeting in Lithgow; a chance for people to share their experiences of the fire, which burned through over half a million hectares of land.
Locals recounted the fight to save properties, and their mental battles afterwards.
