NSW Coronavirus Update: “New South Wales reported 35 locally acquired cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm last night. 29 of those cases were linked to previously confirmed cases with 14 of these being household contacts. Six cases remain under investigation, and we had 5 new cases that were acquired overseas. In essence, the testing numbers were 56,331 – so down slightly. I again redouble my requests for people to come out and get tested” – NSW Chief Health Officer Dr Kerry Chant.
