Nottingham University Hospitals NHS trust has been fined £800,000 for failing to provide safe care and treatment to baby Wynter Andrews who died 23 minutes after she was born.
Donna Ockenden is the Chair of the review into maternity care across the trust and told Sky News that she has been contacted by 900 families and 400 staff members since starting the review.
Ockenden said “nothing could take away the pain and anguish of Wynter Andrews’ parents.”
