    In the 12 months to March this year, NSW Ambulance received 1,036 calls complaining about constipation, 662 calls about toothaches, 215 about ear aches, 167 for boils, 157 for people who couldn’t sleep, and 16 calls for hiccups. Now emergency services are appealing to the public, ahead of the busy winter season, to not call triple zero unless it’s an emergency.
