Public health scientist Dr Sameer M Dixit says India and Nepal face similar challenges tackling their coronavirus crises. And with fewer doctors per capita than India, Nepal is now relying on overseas aid as the impoverished nation grapples with shortages in oxygen, beds and medicine.
