Travellers returning to Germany from abroad could soon be required to present a negative COVID-19 test. According to Bavaria’s state premier, the rule could come into effect as early as this Sunday and apply to all who seek to enter the country. The move comes following studies showing that returning travellers play a significant role in rising infection rates.
