A Sydney dance troupe has hit out at the ABC for failing to apologise to them over a heavily edited video of their performance at the launch of a new Navy ship. The Public Broadcaster issued an apology to the Governor General and Navy Chiefs for implying they watched the risque routine – when they weren’t in attendance. Admitting ‘This was incorrect… the video should not have been edited in that way’. The dancers of 101 Doll Squadron have now written to the ABC requesting a direct apology.
