NATO-led peacekeepers removed roadblocks set up by ethnic Serbs in a town in northern Kosovo near its border with Serbia. This came after Kosovo on Monday delayed a controversial order requiring ethnic Serbs in Kosovo’s north to secure vehicle license plates and identity cards from Kosovo.
