South China Morning Post published this video item, entitled “Myanmar’s protesters get creative as thousands demonstrate against military coup for fifth day” – below is their description.
As thousands in Myanmar took to the streets for a fifth consecutive day, some protesters have taken demonstrations against the military coup to a new level. Dozens sat in inflatable pools outside the Japanese embassy in Yangon on February 10, 2021, asking for Japan’s support in opposing Myanmar’s military dictatorship. Some dressed in ball gowns to show that women are against the military’s government. Among the demonstrators were shirtless men and beauty pageant participants.
