Sam Traynor spoke at the funeral service for his father Chris Traynor and his siblings Bradley, Adelaide and Joseph on Thursday. “My family was amazing,” Traynor told those able to attend the memorial service in Oshawa, Ontario. “Most of what I have and who I am, I owe to my family.” It was in the early morning hours on Sept. 4 when Chris, Bradley, Adelaide, and 11-year-old Joseph were all killed in a shooting inside their Oshawa home. Sam’s mother Loretta was also wounded in that same shooting, and was rushed to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. Sam, the couple’s fourth child, was away at university when the shooting occurred.
