    Zhang Yesui, spokesperson for the fourth session of the 13th National People’s Congress (NPC), said that China always stands for building a China-U.S. relationship featuring no conflict, no confrontation, mutual respect and win-win cooperation while firmly safeguarding national sovereignty, security and development interests.

    He made the remarks during Thursday’s press conference when answering a reporter’s question on China-U.S. ties during U.S. President Joe Biden’s administration.
