Mutinying soldiers detain Mali’s President Keita, Prime Minister Cisse

A leader of the mutiny said Tuesday that both Malian President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita and Prime Minister Boubou Cisse had been detained by soldiers, sparking fears of a coup. A government source later confirmed that the two men were in the hands of “rebel soldiers”.
