Italian Tenor Maestro Andrea Bocelli performed “Music for Hope”, an unprecedented singing of prayers live streamed on Sunday to people around the world. Maestro Bocelli offered an uplifting message of love, healing and hope in the 600-year-old Duomo di Milano, or the Cathedral of Milan. The city is one of the epicenters of the COVID-19 pandemic. Right before this recital, Bocelli talked to CGTN in an exclusive interview about his life under quarantine and his love for his country and the people fighting against the pandemic worldwide.
