Estate agents have seen a huge surge in property searches from those moving from cities to the countryside. Between August and November 2020, Savills registered 40 per cent more new buyers looking a rural home than the same period in 2007 – the last time the country market peaked.
But whilst a move to the countryside might sound idyllic, there is a lot to consider. Watch the video above to hear the highs and lows from those who made the move.
