Moscow authorities had announced the closure of most enterprises and non-essential services from October 28 to November 7. Shops, schools, beauty salons, gyms were closed, while restaurants were only able to operate for takeaways.

The businesses will reopen on Monday, November 8, while some other measures, as the requirement that companies have at least 30 percent of their staff work from home, will remain.
