Protesters in Washington have poured red paint over the statue of a Confederate military officer, and are demanding that it be taken down.
The issue of ‘racially-divisive monuments’ is playing out across the country after the removal of a similar statue sparked violent unrest in Charlottesville a week ago. It seems no historical figure will go untouched. Caleb Maupin has more.
