New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced on Wednesday that Broadway shows would reopen in New York City Sept. 14 and that the New York Yankees and Mets Major League Baseball (MLB) teams are reopening stadiums May 19.

However, the baseball reopening will feature different capacity rules for vaccinated and unvaccinated sections.

Plus, the city’s MLB teams, the Yankees and the Mets, will give free tickets to fans who get vaccinated for the coronavirus at their ball parks before the games, said Cuomo.

“We call that a New York home run,” the governor said.
