    The stocking up of vaccines has meant that more than 100 countries haven’t had any vaccine doses delivered to them.

    David Miliband of the International Rescue Committee has told Sky News that an a global system of vaccine delivery should be set up, and that the UK should give away some of millions of excess doses.
