Migration crisis: 40 people wash up on the Kent coast

Sky News published this video item, entitled “Migration crisis: 40 people wash up on the Kent coast” – below is their description.

Around a dozen migrant boats, some carrying up to 40 people, have come ashore on the English coast.

Sky News saw groups of people brought onto dry land, at Dungeness and Dover.

It’s not yet clear whether the number of migrants will exceed the record, 430, who crossed the Channel on one day in mid-July.

Our National correspondent Alex Rossi reports from Kent.
